I’ve designed and taught Urban Sociology and Social Problems, and served as TA for Data Collection and Analysis, Intro to Sociology, Race, Class and Gender and several sections of the Family with Dr. Naomi Gerstel. I also organized and coordinated a bi-weekly professional development working group for undergraduate students.

I am especially passionate about teaching in the areas of Qualitative Field Methods (graduate and undergraduate studies),  Race and Ethnicity (in a U.S. and/or global perspective), the Family, Gender and Migration, and Gender and Work.
